Why do Aleph birds seem to fly from East to West?

Raised by a family of Apes
as if he was one of their own,
the foundling Aleph grew tall and strong
and knew the ways of the Jungle.

If you listen carefully
you can hear the sound of the creatures that inhabit the Aleph,
practicisng their vowel sounds.

There are currently only three Alephs on this site,
(plus a few on a concealed page) which is a bit sad
considering this is an Aleph only site. 
We have been assured that there are more joining them shortly .
